8pm Exclusive - Punch, Sweat, Repeat!

Tonight’s workout was a dynamic mix of pad work, bag work, core strength, and endurance, and mobility exercises designed to challenge and energize. This session included a combination of bodyweight movements, resistance training, and high-intensity intervals to boost cardiovascular fitness and strength. Core work rounded out the session, ensuring a balanced approach to fitness. Everyone pushed their limits, maintained great energy, and finished strong.
