8pm Exclusive: Iron Sharpens Iron!

The session begins with pushups, to remind us to be consistent through the resistance. Mitts in hand we take turns delivering crisp combinations while commands are being called out. “1 (Jab),  2 (cross),  3 (hook)!” Abs to build our endurance and conditioning. Tonight we got better!
